Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident that your purchase(s) from Master Jewellery will meet or exceed your expectation. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact us by Email and return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned or exchanged item(s) must be in the original condition and package. If returns are not in their original mint condition, we reserve the right to send the item back to the customer. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. For exchange item, customers need to pay the second time shipping charge.
